The walk will look more realistic if you use at least 8 or more walk poses of a character. You also need to take care of the sequence of the poses along with their Duration and Delay Timing.

📋 About this animation:
This is a simple technique mostly used by all the animators. The designer first draw all those pictures in sequence and then display each picture on a specific frame and we are doing the same in this tutorial. The idea behind this animation is very simple.

Here we took 8 different walking poses of the same character and then showing and hiding each picture with a specific delay time using Flash Once animation.

  1. Where is Flash Once : A question asked several times?

As I said it before, the Flash Once effect is not available in later versions of PowerPoint. So what you need to do is to Download my presentation from the link in the description. After opening my presentation, move to Animation tab, select the object which has Flash Once effect (in my case, the Character) and then click the Animation Painter. Now, switch back to your presentation and the click on the object on which you want to apply the Flash Once. That is all.

    Hope that will help. 😀😊😛😜😝😀

  6. hi. i have a question about the file that have Flash Once Effect From PowerPoint 2007.
as you know the object on that file have a flash once animation by a 0.9 s duration. at the first of this 0.9 seconds we have 0.1 second that the object is shown and the next 0.8 seconds the object is hidden. i want to know how we can change this parameter.
for example the duration be 1 second and the time of showing object be 0.3 second.
is this parameter changeable? if yes how to do this?
    thanks a lot.

  7. Hi there, I followed your instructions but used a fox instead of the man you use. The final outcome of that and instructions from your other video, had flaws because the whole fox was flashing and seemed to go missing in places. The fox is supposed to be running does that make a difference? Here is a link to the final video if you can help that would be great thanks?
